Is there such thing as male nesting?

Yesterday Mike asked me if he could make some changes to the backyard landscaping and proposed his plan to me. He drew it out and sought counsel from a friend who enjoys working in the yard. Sometimes Mike's plans stay plans, but not this time. When I got home last night he was busy at work.
