A special thanks

To our dear friends Lindsey & DJ for this most adorable onesie, and to G-ma, Aunt Kayla, and everyone else who developed calluses through the making of this rug. Brooks is a huge fan of both!

Things are going really well. Brooks is a great baby. With the cold front that came in a couple days ago I am feeling a little like a shut in. It's too cold for walks, and going out is difficult because layers makes nursing a major task. But I am reminded how much it is worth it every time he smiles, pouts, coos or cries. I am so thankful for him and can't wait to learn more about who he is. 

We are heading to Idaho for Christmas and I can't wait. It will be Brooks' first time on a plane, and his first time meeting lots of family. We will be staying at Mike's parent's house with Mike's parents, Mike's sister, husband, son & daughter, & Mike's brother, wife, and 2 daughters. 8 adults and 5 kids under 4. It is going to be SO fun!
